Definitions

In this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the d777b website, mobile-optimised site, and any associated applications or services operated under the d777b brand.
• "Account" means the individual user account created by a Player upon successful registration on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds.
• "Bonus Balance" means any promotional credits, free bet amounts, or bonus funds credited to a Player's Account under an active promotion.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money or bonus-money stake placed on a game, sporting event, or other outcome available on the Platform.

Acceptance of Terms

Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically. d777b will endeavour to notify registered Players of material changes via the email address associated with their Account, but this notification obligation does not create any liability on the part of d777b if a notification is not received.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or a legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that person or entity to this Agreement.

Eligibility

Use of the d777b Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and at all times during the use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. d777b strictly prohibits use of the Platform by persons under the age of 21. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities may not register as Players.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on any self-exclusion register applicable to you.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or affiliate of d777b or any of its group companies, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

Account Registration

Each individual may register and maintain only one Account on the Platform. The existence of multiple accounts associated with the same individual — whether identified by name, address, phone number, payment method, IP address, or device fingerprint — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. d777b reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void all associated bets, and forfeit all balances upon detection of duplicate registration.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration details and must notify d777b promptly if any information changes. d777b shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain current registration information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity that occurs under your Account credentials is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised that activity. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify d777b immediately at [email protected].

d777b reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate any Account at its sole discretion, including where d777b reasonably suspects fraud, identity misrepresentation, or violation of any term of this Agreement.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All monetary transactions on the Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). d777b accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, Bank Transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. Available methods may vary at d777b's discretion and may be updated without prior notice.

Deposits: Minimum deposit amounts are set per payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. Deposits are generally credited to your Account within minutes of confirmation by the payment provider. d777b is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been previously used to fund the Account or to a verified bank account in your name. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed at the point of request. d777b targets a processing time of under 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad withdrawals on verified accounts; however, processing times are not guaranteed and may be extended during periods of high volume, KYC review, or technical maintenance.

Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per promotion) in qualifying games before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Bets placed in certain game categories — including but not limited to live dealer games, jackpot slots, and sports betting accumulators — may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all towards wagering requirements. Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit, circumvent, or abuse any promotion — including the use of hedging strategies, low-risk arbitrage betting, the creation of duplicate accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, or coordinated exploitation with other players — constitutes bonus abuse. d777b reserves the right to forfeit all bonus amounts and associated winnings and to permanently close any Account found to have engaged in bonus abuse.

• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.
• d777b reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Where a promotional bonus has been credited in error, d777b reserves the right to reclaim the incorrectly credited amount.
• Players may only participate in each specific promotion once, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Betting Rules

All bets placed on the d777b Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or sporting market, as published on the Platform at the time of the wager. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any bet, d777b's records shall be the definitive reference and shall be treated as conclusive, subject to any manifest error.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and games. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may be altered by d777b at its discretion, including on an account-specific basis where d777b has reason to believe a Player's betting patterns represent an undue commercial risk.

Void Bets: d777b reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) a game or market is suspended or cancelled; (b) an obvious pricing error has occurred; (c) the bet was placed in breach of these terms; or (d) there is credible evidence of match-fixing, event manipulation, or other integrity concerns relating to the event on which the bet was placed.

Live Betting: Bets placed on live in-play markets are accepted at d777b's discretion. Brief delays may occur between market price changes and bet acceptance. d777b reserves the right to suspend live betting markets at any time. Bets accepted in error at incorrect prices following a clear event outcome (e.g., a wicket, goal, or try) will be voided.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the d777b Platform. Violation of any prohibition listed below will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account balance, and potential referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting any other person to register a duplicate Account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access the Platform, or interact with any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be forfeited.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players or with Platform employees to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Money laundering or using the Platform to conduct, facilitate, or conceal any financial crime.
• Placing bets on behalf of a third party, or funding an Account with funds belonging to a third party.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, event manipulation, or insider-information betting.
• Using the Platform for any commercial purpose without d777b's express written consent.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory conduct towards d777b staff or other players via any communication channel.

Intellectual Property

All content on the d777b Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game content, software, data compilations, and the overall design — is the exclusive property of d777b or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. No other rights are granted. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without d777b's prior written consent.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits d777b's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Amendments to These Terms

d777b reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, d777b will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform. The effective date of each version of the Agreement is displayed at the top of this document.

If you do not agree to any amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account by contacting [email protected]. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. d777b operates as a safe and reliable platform and is committed to resolving any disputes fairly and transparently.
